Shipping
Below are some common questions about shipping.
Do you ship overseas?
No. We only sell and ship within North America. However, there are other BC Racing retailers that are assigned for other countries.
What's the shipping cost when I purchase?
As long as your shipping address is located within the United States we offer standard shipping at no cost to you. Your order total must be over $250 to qualify for the free shipping.
Can I change the shipping address after I place an order?
No, shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed. If you wish to change the shipping address after an order is placed, the order must be canceled and a new order must be placed. This will restart the wait time of the order as well.
Will a signature be required for delivery?
Yes. We always require a signature for proof of delivery to help protect everyone from theft and fraud, and to ensure you receive your order. No exceptions. If you are not available to sign for the delivery, please let us know and we will request the shipping company to have it held at their nearest facility for a pick up. When you arrive to pick it up, please bring a photo ID matching the name on the order.
Can you ship to a freight forwarder or PO Box?
No, we will not ship to a freight forwarder or a PO Box. The shipping address must be your home or business address.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Shipping times vary based on the product. Products that are in stock usually ship out within 1 business day on weekdays. Out of stock products are about 3-4 weeks on average. Customization to any products will delay the shipment about 3-6 weeks currently. When in doubt, feel free to ask us for an estimate before placing your order. We do our best to inform you of estimated shipping times if the time will be excessive. Please refer to the stock status on the product page when ordering. Low stock may sell fast!
How do I track my order?
Once you receive an email notification confirming your order, you can visit our website and log in to track your order. When the order ships, you'll receive another status change of "Shipped" that includes the tracking information. The tracking information is sent to you via email at this time.
There are no updates to provide during the custom build process.
I didn't receive my order confirmation email.
First, check your Spam/Junk folder to make sure your email provider didn't filter the message. If you cannot find it, you might have mistyped your email address when placing the order. If you still haven't found the email, contact us and we will resend the confirmation email.
What's your cancelation policy?
An order cannot be canceled once it has shipped.
A 20% restocking fee is required on ALL cancellations for custom builds, special orders, or out of stock items. This is mandated by BC Racing North America. Or, a 5% cancelation fee is charged on ALL canceled orders.

What's your return policy?
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery as long as it's new and uninstalled. Please read our entire return policy before placing an order.

What's the warranty on BC Racing products?
All products we sell are covered by the manufacturer's 2-year warranty if purchased after 11/15/202. All warranty claims must be filed direct with the manufacturer. We can provide that information upon request, although it's usually found on the manufacturer's website.
Do you pricematch?
We will price match any publicly advertised price by a competitor as long as the price is not below the BC Racing's MAP (Minimum Advertised Price). MAP pricing is enforced by product manufacturers to ensure the integrity of their products and no dealers are allowed to sell below that price.
What's considered a custom-build?
Custom builds include any combination of the following options:
- Custom spring rates
- DS/ER/HM/RM/ZR/ZX Series
- Extreme Low kits (unless in stock)
- Swift Springs
